DIBUNI AND DAPA (BAT AND FROG) TRIBE MONI, KAB. PANIAI Bat and Frog (copyright: Purdue University ) Dibuni and Dapa are good friends. They live in one village. They are always together in everything. One day they planted bananas in their garden. Bananas are planted in a variety of ways. Unfortunately the bananas planted by Dibuni always die. While the bananas planted by Dapa are very fertile and bear fruit. The next few Dapa bananas are ripe and some are starting to turn yellow. Actually Dibuni was getting angry, but not so angry. He said, "When the bananas are ripe, I will be the one to take them." Dibuni stayed quietly sitting at home waiting for Dapa. Every day can start climbing the old banana. His efforts always failed. He couldn't climb his ripe banana. Then Dapa went to Dibuni to ask for help to raise a ripe banana. "Hi, friend! I beg of you to climb up my ripe banana! the sound is slow. "I promise I will share the results later," he continued. &qu
